This page contains two consents. The first (sections 1-10) covers the processing of personal data: without it we cannot respond to your request, run a tournament or connect you to the app. The second (sections 11-14) covers receiving marketing and information messages: it is separate and optional, and you can opt out at any time.

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I consent to the processing of the personal data that I provide through the playvibechess.com and vibechess.ru websites, the Vibe Chess app, the Vibe Chess Telegram bot and in correspondence with the Operator, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.
The personal data controller is the Vibe Chess project: an over-the-board chess club and an app for running chess tournaments (the Operator).

The Operator responds to such requests within thirty days, as the law requires.
The Operator takes the necessary organisational, technical and legal measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, alteration or destruction, in accordance with the requirements of the law of the Russian Federation.
This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn, unless the law sets a different period.
Processing of personal data stops when its purposes are achieved, when consent is withdrawn, when the retention period expires or when a processing violation is identified, in the manner established by law.
I confirm that the contact details I provide are my own, and that I provide other people's data (for example, the players of a tournament) with their knowledge.
By pressing the “Subscribe” button, or by ticking a separate box consenting to messages when filling in a form in the app, in the bot or in a chat, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, informed and conscious consent, including consent to the processing of my personal data, to receive marketing and information messages from the Operator.
This consent is given only by the “Subscribe” button or a separate tick box. Pressing any other button or closing a notice on the site does not count as consent to receive messages.
I consent to receiving, at the contact details I have provided, messages about the Operator's products, services and features, about chess tournaments, meetups and other events, promotions, and about the activities of the Operator and its partners, by means of:
Only data from the list in section 3 that I have provided myself is processed for messages - above all, contact details: name, phone number, email address, and username and ID on Telegram or VK.
The actions performed with this data are the same as in section 5: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, blocking, deletion and destruction.
Consent to marketing and information messages remains valid until I unsubscribe. Unsubscribing does not cancel the consent to data processing in the first part: the app and the bot will keep working as before.
I understand that I can opt out of marketing and information messages at any time by sending the Operator a message on Telegram (message us) asking to be removed from the mailing list and stating the contact at which I receive the messages.
